I’m taking about Wim Hof, a Dutch dare devil nicknamed so due to his ability to withstand the extreme cold. Wim has earned over 20 Guinness World records and has baffled scientists with his ability to control the autonomic system including his heart rate, breathing, blood circulation & even his immune system. He’s author of “Becoming the Ice Man” and founder of the Wim Hof Method: a technique that involves breath work, cold thermogenesis and body control in order to increase energy production endurance and performance.
