In today’s episode I sit down with structured water expert Clayton Nolte, inventor and founder of Natural Action Technologies. Clayton spent his entire life engineering and reverse engineering technologies as a part of his mission to make structured water available to every man, woman and child on this planet in his lifetime.

So what is structured water? Structured water is created using a double vortex by the natural action of water found in nature such as the action of a mountain stream. Structured water results from this natural spin of both the water molecules and electrons. When we drink structured water or bathe in or shower in water that has flowed through natural action technologies structured water products or how it is found in nature in deep aquifers within earth and as mentioned earlier mountain streams, you are getting the same energetic life enhancing properties you would find in natural water. This includes increased hydration, improved skin and hair health, enhanced immunity and much more. It even has benefits outside of personal health such as improved crop growth in farms and reduction of corrosion in pipes. By drinking structured water and making this our primary source of hydration we are able to minimize corrosion of our internal pipes for lack of a better metaphor.

In today’s episode I sit down with Tyler Bramlett but his friends call him the garage warrior. Tyler is an exercise nutritionist and lifestyle coach who has spent the last decade teaching people how to look, feel and perform their best.

In 2003 Tyler was 40 pounds overweight and stuck in a typical rut of going into the commercial gym, reading fitness magazines, taking the health supplements from the popular body building sites and seeing very little in the way of actual results. Then one day he was hit by an SUV while riding his bicycle home from work; a dislocated knee cap, cracked femur, shredded meniscus and six months of physical therapy later Tyler attempted to return to the gym but found that all of the normal exercises and routines he'd done in the past that hadn’t worked were making his body hurt. And worse yet they were not helping him to get rid of that excess body fat.

After a period of intense research, self-reflection and study; Tyler identified something that he refers to as progression. He calls this the common thread in all effective training programs and he explains how it works in today’s episode. This realization and a decade of testing and tweaking culminated in the system that Tyler calls his progressive movement technology which he now uses to transform lives around the world.

In today’s episode we talk about some of the basic necessities that many of us neglect such as water, sunshine; the best ways to get them, specific steps to becoming whatever you want to be in life and the one daily workout that Tyler could not live without. In today’s episode I sit down with Jason Maxwell of J Max Fitness. In today’s episode I sit down with Mike Whitfield. Mike’s story is one of inspiration, struggle and triumph of the human spirit. He used to weigh over 300 pounds and wear size 46 inch pants. After getting frustrated with all of the diet and exercise  misinformation in industry dogma out there that just wasn’t working, he finally ended up losing over a hundred pounds and achieving peak athletic performance by creating his own metabolic stacking system that he refers to as work out-finishers.

Mike discusses the changes in mindset that had to take place in order for him to lose over a hundred pounds, how you can incorporate metabolic stacking and workout finishers into your workouts to get more results in less time. This is different than Tabata training. This is different than high intensity interval training and you’ll see that in this episode. We’ll also discuss some of Mike’s favorite methodology for breaking through workout plateaus, favorite finishing exercises and how you can do these things at home with no workout equipment and how they take only a few minutes to complete. Mike has been featured in Men's Health and on PBS and Yahoo just to name a few. He is a certified turbulence trainer and badass currently working on his new remarkably successful project "The Achievable Body".

In today’s episode I sit down with Paul F. Becker. Paul is a bio hacker / inventor and health researcher. He's also the man behind the earth pulsed electromagnetic field systems. In 1990 during his first year of law school, Paul stumbled upon early TENS therapy which stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and used it to help reverse a case of tendinitis that persisted for more than 2 months.

He graduated from Pepperdine Law School in 1994 and passed the California bar in 1996. In 96 the Whole Life Expo in Los Vegas, Nevada: Becker had the opportunity to hear Bob Beck speak about using electric current and how applying this current to the post points of the wrists could be used to kill micro organisms in the blood. This led Becker on what would turn out to be a life-long research quest into the most efficient electric and magnetic therapies that had either been lost in time or hidden by the main stream medical community. In May 2002 after designing several milliAmpere and microAmpere electric stim system prototypes, he produced his first Earth Pulse PEMF system, tested its efficiency and filed his first patent in October of that year. Earth Pulse has since been in commercial production since 2002 and over fifteen thousand units have been sold and are used by clients around the world who rely on the earth pulse to improve mitochondria health, get a deeper, more restful nights sleep & accelerate their recovery. In Paul’s words  “Nearly all psychological, neurological and physiological disease including aging is the end result of mitochondrial dysfunction and definitely not the other way around.”

In today's episode I sit down with Dr William Pawluk. Pawluk has done extensive training in acupuncture , homeopathy, hypnosis, body work and is the foremost authority on the use of pulsed electro magnetic field therapy in America. In his own words Dr Pawluk started to step outside the “House of medicine” & “Study non conventional, non medical disciplines after growing disillusioned with the practice of medical doctors at the time including himself such as accepting side effects of certain prescription medications as natural consequences of managing pain”. Since formally leaving his conventionally accepted practice about 30 years ago Dr Pawluk has provided consumers education and a wide variety of PEMF devices to alleviate conditions such as pain, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety and inflammation using magnetic science. In today’s episode I sit down with Lew Lim founder and CEO of Vielight Inc. Lew is an expert in photobiomodulation (PBM) and has invented several wearable PBM and low level light therapy devices, particularly intranasal light therapy systems designed to address neurological issues. If you’re not familiar with photobiomodulation the cliff notes are that the visible red and near infrared light has been proven to stimulates cells to generate more energy and undergo self-repair. Light energy for example absorbed intranasally, is converted into ATP for use in the cells mitochondria. Lew’s work in photobiomodulation to treat Alzheimer’s patients is currently in the clinical trial phase and showing incredibly promising results.
